Dr Kaylie Chetcuti earned her Bachelor of Laws in 2018, after submitting her dissertation entitled “A study on the limitations of prescription in cases of rape, defilement and sexual assault on minors, in Maltese criminal law” and a Master in Advocacy in 2019. She was subsequently warranted to practice law in court. Following this, she pursued a course in taxation and became authorised to act as a Commissioner for Oaths. Most recently, she completed an award in EU GDPR Practices, further strengthening her expertise in legal and compliance matters.
