About Jeremy

Dr Jeremy Mifsud Bonnici obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of Malta in 2022, where he completed a dissertation titled 'Migrant Detention on Private Vessels: Legal, Humanitarian, and Commercial Implications'. Building on this foundation, he pursued and graduated with a Master of Advocacy (M.Adv) degree from the same institution in 2023, whilst also serving two years in the University Student Council (KSU) as Social Policy Officer and President. He has also completed a Master of Laws (LL.M) in European Business Law at the University of Malta. His thesis explored the 'Regulation of General Purpose AI under the EU AI Act', reflecting his interest in emerging technologies and regulatory frameworks.
